About The Broker Innovation Awards

The Broker Innovation Awards celebrate those who have fully embraced technology in order to meet the needs of the client. The awards pay close attention to brokers who have taken an innovative approach to insurance protection. Judges will be looking at how brokers have successfully implemented InsureTech as well as adapted to new challenges such as autonomous vehicles through inventive solutions. Finalists will be invited to attend the glittering awards ceremony which will be held on 4 September 2019 at Leonardo Royal Hotel, Tower Bridge in London.

Recognises that claims management is the broker’s customer-facing service and so must be responsive, considerate, fast and efficient. Open to brokers’ outsourced partners and in-house services.

Examples of where the claims team went above and beyond the call of duty in response to an event or series of events by using technology to improve response-time, communication and efficiency, collaboration and partnerships leading to better customer service and by client testimonials.
